Stopping “abusive increases” in rent, creating “low emission zones” and universalizing free daycare are some of the 370 measures that Pedro Sánchez will present today, according to El País today . The acting president will try to gain the support of Unidas Podemos to accept a socialist government alone. It could be the last opportunity for the PSOE to obtain the necessary support to form a government before September 23. The time for the acting president to get support for his investiture is running out and today could be one of his last opportunities to overcome the resistance of Unidas Podemos.

Sánchez presents today his Common Progressive Program with 370 measures in the hope of gathering support to form a government. Among the measures are the creation of "low emissions zones" such as Madrid Central  in cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants, the establishment of a minimum taxation of 15% of large companies , the stopping of "abusive rent increases" , the universalization of free  Middle East Phone Number List  daycare or the repeal of the gag law, according to El País . Other measures also include "progressive elimination of health co-payments", the regulation of euthanasia, improving care in  emptied Spain or increasing the endowment of the education scholarship system. Until now, Pablo Iglesias' party has refused to accept a formula other than a coalition , despite Sánchez's repeated refusal. The negotiations between Unidas Podemos and the PSOE have been tense since the socialist party accused Iglesias' party of wanting to take over "the entire Government" and both parties leaked the offers in their negotiations.
